About City of Lula, Georgia

Lula is a city in Hall and Banks counties in the U.S. state of Georgia. The City of Lula sits in a growing area of the region that is experiencing significant economic growth due in part to the new Inland Port (located on GA 365, opening 2021) and the Newly Opened Lanier Technical College both located within minutes of the city. Opportunity is the key as the city manages future growth, and the citizens play a large part  in shaping how the city matures. The City known for the that “HOME TOWN FEEL” has wonderful restaurants and activities in the old downtown area.

Railroad Days

Make plans to attend the 43rd Annual Railroad Days Parade and Festival, Saturday May 11th, enjoy local arts and crafts, music children activities as we celebrate our railroad heritage. And then in October join us for Lula’s Fall Festival brought to you by the Lula Belton Historical Society, October 5th.

The Lula City Council and Downtown Development Authority is dedicated to bringing people and businesses back to downtown.  The Veterans Park and Jenrette Park have made life in Lula more enjoyable,

Our Lula Downtown Development Authority is working to provide resources and support for new and existing businesses in Lula and to encourage our citizens to buy local and support our local businesses to ensure their success.
